Account details (name, email), verification details you provide (PRO society and membership number, distributor and ISRC references), listing content you publish, offers and deal records, and technical logs such as listing views and preview plays.

When a seller names a split holder, we store that person's name, email and share so we can send them a confirmation link. We do not use those addresses for marketing.

Listing content on a live listing is public. Offers are sealed: only the buyer who made an offer, the seller and administrators can see it. Verification evidence and clearance documents are private to you and administrators. Audio previews are served as short-lived links, watermarked with the listener's account identifier.

Deal records, signed memos and audit trails are retained for seven years, because they evidence a transfer of rights. Other account data is deleted on request.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time from your dashboard or by writing to us. We respond within 30 days.
