Listing, verification, split confirmation, the deal room and the deal memo are free. No fee is charged when an offer is made or accepted.
The success fee
7.5% of the deal value is charged to each side only when the deal closes — 15% in total. If a deal collapses before close, no fee is due from either party.

What we never take

Swaps
Where a swap carries no cash consideration, no fee is charged; where cash tops up the trade, the success fee applies to the cash portion.
