When both sides agree to terms, each pays a $250 flat fee. It is non-refundable and pays for PRO and distributor verification, escrow setup and the deal room. If the deal closes, 5% of the deal value is split evenly — 2.5% from the buyer, 2.5% from the seller. If it never closes, that 5% is never charged.
